Fischer Flushes!
Fischer is now potty trained. He went in the toilet twice like 6 months ago, but has not been interested since. Until he went to the doctor yesterday. She said he’s plenty ready as far as his skills–just that it might be a power struggle thing (hard to imagine that with one of our kids, right?). But he came home and went in the toilet and has been going since. It’s been amazingly easy, but I guess I shouldn’t jinx it. Anyway, above are some picture to document this momentous occasion (these are for you, dad – I know you much you like toilet talk).
He’s had plenty of encouragement from Leo (too much, actually–we’ve had to institute a privacy rule) and from his toys. We’ve had him just in his underwear so as not to slow him down when the time comes, and as you can see in the last picture, he likes to put the pole of his horse down through his underwear so he doesn’t have to hold it. Makes sense. He also likes to put his underwear on backwards so you can see the picture of Lightning McQueen/Mac/Mater in the front, but I spared you a picture of that.

Ok, I have to say I wish Denton wouldn’t put these pics of Fisch in his underwear on the internet!!! To all my stay-at-home-mom friend’s do you agree? I’ve gotta have some back up cuz he doesn’t want to take them down so I need your vote!! Although I think Fisch is the cutest thing…

Hooray Fishy! Very creative with the horse. That is not exactly what I had in mine when I bought it…….but hey….creative and smart……. of course he is one of OUR grandchildren :) He is freakin’ cute. xoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Don’t worry that I just pumped one boob into an ENTIRE bottle while I read your blog! The other boob just leaked all over my pants! And that was ONLY 5 minutes! What the heck??????? Gina, I cannot thank you enough for your phone messages and blog comments…I love you so much and would literally DIE without you in my life! Thank you for being such the best friend to me! I loved reading about OBX and Fischy’s bday! So fun! Okay, I bought Bee the same green dress from Costco! LOVE IT! I love that we buy everything the same!:) And why did I ever think I’d have a girl next since you had 2 boys in a row? Duh! I am inspired. I am going to show maddox the pictures tomorrow, so don’t take them down before then. Good job Fischer! My brothers did the same thing with their underwear (wore them backwards so they could see Heman and Superman)

Gina! Thank you for my post, and I am SO GLAD you found that picture! Holy cow! I can’t believe this year is 10 years! OH MY! So, I didn’t see those pics of Fischy the other night, and they are SO CUTE and hilarious! He is so funny! Sorry this is a quickie…I haven’t been feeling well…boob trauma in my furna! More soon! good job fischer! does he wear a diaper when he’s sleeping though? just curious…ella wears a panty during the day and then for her nap and at night she wears a diaper..and SO HAPPY to see the pictures from your vacation below…and EVEN HAPPIER to finally see a picture of the ulitmate beauty…..MARISSA! seriously marissa..you look great..you can’t even tell you’ve had three kids…it looks like you guys had a blast on your vacation!

So, I just have to say my son Blake has the same underwear. He loves them. These pictures can be used in about 13 years for payback or bribery which ever suits your needs at the time ,way to be prepared for the teen years. Marissa have a great trip see you on the 6th. We leave tommorow.
